I am a Counsellor and a member of the BACP, working towards accreditation. I specialise in loss and bereavement.. I have worked in the NHS for 10 years as Bereavement Support worker, I worked closely with pregnancy loss. I have worked with St. Christopher's Hospice as a Counsellor. I have trained with Cruse and Place2Be.

How I work
As a Counsellor, I work integratively, providing clients with the space and time to explore what it is going on with you, what has bought you to counselling. I will provide you a safe and confidential space to explore your concerns. I am non-judgemental this is collaborated with empathy. On the initial meeting I will explain the process and what you hope to gain form counselling. If you decide to work with me we will discuss time and date to meet. My approach is tailored to suit your needs.
